Marcos Bazzana is a Senior Investment Associate at Atento Capital, responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments across early-stage companies, focusing on deep tech, SaaS, and biotech. In addition to leading investment and diligence efforts, Marcos plays a key role at Atento and GKFF’s international relocation initiative LATAM to Tulsa, a strategic program aimed at bringing high-potential startups and scientific talent from Latin America to Tulsa, Oklahoma. This supports the foundation’s goals of driving job creation and economic growth.

Prior to joining Atento Capital, Marcos was the founder and CEO of Inversión en Acción, a cross-border investment advisory firm based in Israel. There, he advised high net worth clients across Latin America and Europe on global markets, built customized multi-asset portfolios, and published over 100 technical analysis and macroeconomic reports on platforms such as Investing.com and Yahoo Finance. Under his leadership, the firm built a reputation for deep research and strong returns in public markets.

Before launching his firm, Marcos served as an external auditor at PwC Argentina, where he conducted financial audits for multinational corporations across a wide range of industries. He also held consulting roles at Simja Group, where he advised business leaders on financial performance and organizational strategy.

Marcos holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in accounting from the National University of Córdoba in Argentina. He has lived and worked across Argentina, Israel, and the United States, and is fluent in Spanish, English, and Hebrew. Now based in Tulsa, Marcos is committed to building bridges between international founders and the US innovation economy—helping Atento grow the city’s entrepreneurial ecosystem one company at a time.
