Jamal Bandeh leads Atento’s operations, executing its strategic vision and driving efficiency across key initiatives. With a strong focus on process optimization and scalable strategies, Jamal ensures Atento operates with the agility and precision necessary to support ongoing and new initiatives.

Jamal’s career path has been anything but conventional—an attribute that fuels his ability to navigate complex operational challenges. He began his career consulting at BlueCross BlueShield, where he worked with Fortune 500 clients, managing large-scale initiatives and fostering long-term partnerships. Seeking a mission-driven opportunity, he transitioned to the startup world, serving as the Chief Operating Officer of a rural healthcare management company. There, he played a pivotal role in scaling the organization from 20 to over 400 employees, overseeing operations across multiple healthcare entities, and driving strategic expansion.

Now in venture capital, Jamal applies his experience in scaling businesses and streamlining operations to develop and implement programs that drive Atento’s mission forward. He focuses on building strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, support portfolio growth, and create new opportunities within the firm.

Jamal holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Abbey, their son, Liam, and their daughter, Chloe. He stays active through golf, cycling, and working out, and loves exploring everything Tulsa has to offer.
