Chris began his career in assurance and advisory at Ernst & Young, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies to refine financial systems and internal controls. He later transitioned into leadership roles at high-growth companies, including serving as CEO of TMA Systems, where he scaled revenue by 40%, increased recurring revenue to 82%, and successfully led the company to a private equity-backed exit. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in financial strategy, fundraising, and business transformation, working across industries including SaaS, real estate, and venture-backed startups.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from San Diego State University, where he was also a collegiate athlete on the baseball team. He is a former Certified Public Accountant and currently serves on the finance committee at Monte Cassino School. Chris is passionate about helping businesses navigate complex financial landscapes to achieve sustainable growth. Chris has lived in Sao Paulo, San Juan (Puerto Rico), Switzerland, Minneapolis, San Diego, and now Tulsa, Oklahoma. Chris is married to his beautiful bride Lane and is a father to two sons, Leo and Henry.
