Madelaine is experienced in providing operational and strategic support for small and large startups, with expertise in removing bottlenecks to enable efficiency. After starting her career as a ninth grade English teacher, Madelaine transitioned to business and entrepreneurship. Madelaine has served as chief of staff at a local healthcare clinic, and director of operations for a tech-focused PR firm. In 2020, after initially providing families with relief from the COVID-19 diaper shortage, she founded a nonprofit, Permanent Diaper Relief (PDR). PDR continues to support families with free cloth diaper services in Tulsa and Chicago. Now, she holds the role of Executive Operations for Atento. A resident of Tulsa since 2012, she has enjoyed watching Tulsa flourish and is proud to take advantage of its family-friendly offerings with her three young boys.
