Originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, Rosa is an aerospace engineer with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Oral Roberts University and a master’s in aerospace engineering from the University of Southern California. She started her career at NASA then spent ten years at SpaceX, where she worked on the rocket engines that power the Falcon 9 and Starship vehicles as a propulsion engineer. During her time there, she experienced many development cycles in roles impacting nearly all engineering practices: manufacturing, volume production, design, analysis, testing, and flight monitoring. Rosa is now leveraging her experience at Atento Capital, driving innovation and accelerating economic development in Tulsa.
